Hi! I'm Madeline/Madi, an Annapolis-based wedding photographer. I’ve pretty much always had a camera, paintbrush, clay, or Prismacolor in my hand—but I’ve been doing it professionally since 2018. The nitty gritty of how I became a photographer is this- It was the best way to combine my love for people with my love for art. My whole life has revolved around art in some way or another, but I needed to find a way to tie that in with how much I genuinely love connecting with people. TLDR: my dad went to art school and my mom’s first degree was in psych, so I guess it checks out.

I got into this field because I really believe in the value of photographs that turn into heirlooms. The joy my family and I feel flipping through old Tupperware bins of photos is always in the back of my mind when I’m invited into someone’s story. My goal is to capture how a wedding day feels just as much as how it looks, so that you can relive it for the next 50 years. I use a mix of guided and documentary styles, switching between the two based on what the moment calls for. That blend helps create a laid-back, natural experience for anyone in front of my lens and makes every image look as effortless as it felt.

Feel like we are a good fit? Let's do this!
